The Care+ app comes with loads of new handy features like a personalized home screen with multiple accounts, detailed plan breakdowns and a new lifestyle store. It also introduces the new the Progresif Perks loyalty program where you can earn points when paying your bill with Care+.
If you are a Postpaid customer, you can do the following:
- View your available balances for mobile and broadband services
- View your current bills and your billing history
- Pay your bills via credit or debit card
- Setup recurring billing and set your own limits
- Earn Loyalty points when paying your bill with Care+
- Purchase Data Add-Ons
- View our latest promotions
- Purchase lifestyle vouchers and charge them to your bill
If you are a Prepaid customer, you can do the following:
- View your current balance
- Purchase Data Add-Ons
- Purchase Top ups and view your Top up purchase history
- View our latest promotions
- Switch plans
- Purchase lifestyle vouchers using your prepaid credit

The app won't load
Good evening, its such a hassle to try it a million times to log in but it keeps at the main page after register. Please do something to overcome this. Thank you!
Alert?!
Just like the previous comment, i also cannot log in this app. I used this app daily, so please fix it asap. This is the “alert” i received is -> SyntaxError: JSON Parse error: Unexpected token ':'
Erorr Problem
i can't log in, when i do it says "syntax error" so please fix it
Latest update issue
Everytime I open up the app after the latest update, the app won’t load and just stays on a black screen. Even before this update, the app won’t load unless I force close it and sometimes it crashes.
App is not working
every time i launch the app, nothing shows up, only a long loading screen and then it will display an error message saying “jspon” or whatever, looks like some kind of error
Valid email address?
Since th app released, i cannot login until now because the apps said invalid email address… why progresif havent fix this bug yet…?

Don’t work after update for ios 15.4.1
Never fully worked since day one
Glitchy since day one. Much improved, if u consider that it wouldn’t even start up before, or process bill payment. Strangely more so, what happened to all the previous reviews for this app.
App crashes
Its useless i can’t even open it! Please improve
