Project Joy is a yearlong retreat for training the attention to reside in the present, the practice of which is the cornerstone of Zen Awareness Practice. Each daily assignment is based on an inspirational quote. Included is a daily recording of retreat participants sharing insights and asking Cheri Huber questions. Use your phone to record insights as you practice the assignment.
This app assists with beginning an awareness practice or deepening a current one. As the Buddha taught, "Our life is shaped by the mind. We become what we think. Joy follows a pure thought, like a shadow that never leaves."

Is it me?
I had the same experience as the previous reviewer. The daily recordings will not play through a Bluetooth device. I tried it on four different ones. Also the recording stops when the screen goes to sleep. Setting the phone screen to be lit up for a half an hour program puts a huge drain on the battery. Please advise me if I am doing something wrong. I would love to listen to the recordings each day.

This is an amazing practice tool. The ability to record in-app is a game changer. Ghasso to all that contributed to make this happen!
