I paid for one year subscription and I can’t use it because in the app is showing that I have the free version. After two weeks and more than 20 emails within the support, they told me I need to pay for the subscription, ignoring that I HAVE ALREADY PAID for it and I sent them the receipt. Unbelievable!

Extremely disappointed with the service. I’ve been waiting for over a month to resolve an issue with my premium plan, and despite multiple follow-ups, there’s been no resolution. This lack of accountability and professionalism is unacceptable. If you can’t deliver what customers pay for, it’s a serious failure. Highly frustrating and unacceptable experience.
The app so helpful I loved the way they used to make my vocabulary so much better and it helped me to learn more. Thanks
