Despite numerous negative reviews, the developers have made no effort to address the app's problems. For a bank that prides itself on being technologically advanced, this is truly disappointing.

They made me sign a complex from to increase my limit. After waiting for ages for approval, the limit thing worked only once and never worked again. Now I want to make emergency transfer above my limit and it’s not working.

Pls I have been using your bank for over a month now. I opened current account. Why can’t I transfer money from the app. It never went. Pls resolve the issues

Your app hang’s whenever I try to make transfers and take like forever before it process the next steps. Also you cannot view all transactions in the app, unless you’re requesting for a statement. Annoying

The signup verification code is not working, I’ve been trying to get a code since last month.

I tried opening account on my phone and I didn’t receive otp after inputting my bvn, I tried several times and it was same thing, kindly treat as urgent as I need to open an account with ProvidusPlus

None of the contact numbers on the app is working. I have an issue to resolve on the app but I can’t reach anybody from the bank. This is not good enough, if those numbers and contact details are old, kindly update them. It’d be easier for people to use the bank.

It can be quite challenging to view your transaction history, especially if you need to go back a long period, such as a month. It would be helpful if I could generate a transaction history for at least the last few months. Additionally, generating transaction receipts after the transaction has been completed is also difficult, even if it was just a recent transfer.

App won’t proceed to next phase of registration after I input my customer code from eyowo. Keeps giving the warning error “confirm all fields have been input correctly” even when everything is correct

Please fix the Inability to revisit transfer receipts after transaction it frustrating to find that you see your transaction receipt after you have completed transaction and closed the window.
