The app is not well engineered. A lot of items are missing for reporting an issue.You can not locate the exact problem with the choices. If you book a service or request it s not possible to edit it later. Very often the app is crashing. In general the app is very poor designed. It could be way better.

2 of my payments made through bank cards were ‘failed’, however, I was charged the amount on both transactions. I am still awaiting any feedback from them.

The management status of this application is a complete mess. What's going on? I'm told to apply with the application, but the application doesn't work. It's a mess.

Your app says living made easier. I requested a service in the app, which was never approved. I was told by a supervisor to send email to a Provis staff. Where is the efficiency? What’s the purpose of this app? You should change it to living made harder. Otherwise, change your system and make it more efficient and live up to your statement “living made easier “.

Immediately after I login, the app will automatically logs out and back again to the login screen.

The app logging out from it self !!! And i can’t do anything on it !

Crashes all the time and does not accept my password, try and log in with EID and it crashes as soon as it opens

It doest let me login and doesnt allow to reset the passwors. Why my account is removed from it?

Can’t even pay by bills and the website won’t work either

So every time we have guests we have to send emails to get QR code for access and we are asked “did you apply through provis app?!!” I will if it the app actually opens!!!! We have been here for 3 years and till now didn’t get one thing out of this app
