Having access to the system, the authorised user (employee) has the possibility to track presence and check shift times, hours worked over the day, annual leave and any other days off/leave requested.
On the other hand, at the same time, the manager can easily track in real time and have a record of the employee's attendance. The manager will also be able to check, monitor and accept the annual leave requested and the employee's remaining balance. In addition to this, he can also evaluate and authorise the annual leave requests and amend the missed clock in and clock out.
Once a leave is requested, the manager will be notified via email with the option to add more recipients and indepth commentary for all the requests.
