Booked (Previously PTO)

This app is not user friendly. I can’t find the settings button and therefore can’t switch from manual to automatic modes. I also can’t save my bookings and when I go to logout it tells me my bookings will be lost.

The app is not feature complete with the web app! Most people’s use of this depends on the number of children in school at the same time so not often used. So the features such hiding past appointments should not hide future appointments! If the appointments have been locked, a lock icon could be useful especially as the swipe functionality is disabled! Did an intern develop this app?

Super easy to use for bookings. Love the automatic mode especially! Would recommend!

If this were a pupil you’d make them reset their year. The app is just as junk as the web portal. Move over and let’s get someone serious to run the show.

This is a really, really awful app. For example: When offering me a choice of meeting times, why not SORT THE TIMES in, say, date/time order? Why, after completing the Auto-booking process, does everything suddenly switch to Manual with no explanation (again, bookings not sorted in date/time order)? After choosing a start time and a list of sessions, I’m then asked to choose a new start time and “duration”... of between 1h52m and 2+hrs: what does this mean? Totally confusing... Why do I need to obtain a new PIN for every booking session? Why is there no option to group my children’s meetings separately? They are all mixed up so the evening is going to be like a game of musical chairs. Possibly the worst UX I have seen for a while :(

Not working for iPhone, keep off when I press the school

Does not work properly on iPhone 7 cant even find school deleted after trying to find school 10 times in every possible configuration

The app used to work really well but now it is hopeless. I can’t even reset my password. I’m sent the same password over and over again with each reset and that password doesn’t work! I’ve wasted hours trying to set up times to meet teachers. I’m deleting the app now.

This would be a much better app if it also allowed teachers to access their booking sheet and set/modify their availability as they can on the full site.

get to the end to finalise bookings and then crashes. 3 times. lost valuable times so had to go to the website that works horribly on phone.
