They do work.... Honest! I at first was a bit weary thinking he just goes on about relaxing and sleeping, with no hint of him talking about the subject, but...... This is the really clever bit, because it's so good at sending you straight to sleep. You should be fast asleep by the time he starts "brain washing" you! Don't believe me, try it! (well if you can stay awake that is). The program comes in two parts. First just gets you into a deep sleep. Second kicks in a couple of mins after the first and kinda brain washes. I did the app about 5 times before talk and most importantly about 2 hours before talk. I recommend doing with good quality head phones and make sure you tell family not to disturb you.
