Die Purinwerte sind zwar angegeben, allerdings bekommen bspw Erbsen mit 40mg und weiße Bohnen mit 58mg auf 100g eine rotes Warnlabel und Kichererbsen mit 46mg nicht..womöglich ist das richtig so, aber da es keine Erläuterungen gibt, möchte ich in Sachen Gesundheit solch einer App nicht vertrauen.

Eine wirklich gelungene App die eine fast unverzichtbare Unterstützung bei der Ernährung bei Gichtproblemen bietet. Der 6. Stern wäre angebracht, wenn auch kcal-Werte der einzelnen Lebensmittel angezeigt würden!

also ich habe diese App seit fast einem Jahr im Gebrauch, sowohl beim Einkaufen als auch beim Kochen. Und, ich habe noch kein Lebensmittel vermisst. Das nur mal für alle selbsternannten Superkritiker, die immer nur nach dem Negativen suchen statt ihre Gicht zu behandeln und die wirklich guten Apps versuchen schlecht zu machen. Diese App bekommt von mir 5 Sterne, weil sie umfangreich und günstig ist und vor allem mit jedem Update erweitert wurde 👍🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

### **--- "Nicht wirklich besser als ......."
Nachdem bei mir die Diagnose Gicht gestellt wurde, habe ich angefangen mich durch Lebensmittelisten im Netz zu wühlen. Da mir dies zu aufwendig war, habe ich nach einer App gesucht. Hier im App-Store gibt es momentan 2 Apps. Eine kostenlose und eine kostenpflichtige. Zuerst habe ich natürlich die kostenlose getestet. Diese ist für den Anfang wirklich gut. Wenn es allerdings um speziellere Lebensmittel geht z.B. Spare-Ribs oder Thüringer Mett, sind diese nicht zu finden in der kostenlosen Variante. Also dachte ich mir, wenn es Geld kostet, dann muss es ja auch besser sein. Leider habe ich mich getäuscht. Auch in dieser App findet man nur die Grundnahrungsmitteln. Die Grafik ist etwas schöner,  aber dies alleine ist in meinen Augen den Betrag nicht Wert. Aus diesem Grund von mir nur 2 Sterne.
