It’s a terrible service I found that I forgot my I pad on the seat in the aircraft and inform the Qatar staff as soon as I left the aircraft. Immediately, may be 2 min after. I went directly to the reception of the QATAR airline and inform them Firstly they asked me to wait 45 minutes !!! Told that in that time they would find and bring My device After 45 minutes they told me that they can’t entrance the aircraft because it’s closed already All this time I could see the geo position of this device and saw that it’s exactly in the aircraft. I spent at the airport 4 ours and no one helped to get it back. Moreover after 48 ours They did do nothing I can still see the geo but no one helped me to get it back I can’t believe in this. Структура меню и расположение элементов неудобные, но это полбеды - оплатить невозможно, ни картой иностранно банка, ни Apple Pay, никак.

I can’t add a debit card without buying anything. Very long loads even with WIFI. Impossible to reassign seats without technical assistance from live chat. Really frustrating and disappointing that such a great airline has such a useless app.

This company have all the time lines and make passengers waiting. They intentionally give to families separate places for push people pay money for seats. It’s providing low coster’s policy. Sadly we not get any good service from flying with this company and will not recommend it to anyone.
