Surprise surprise
Que de belle surprise que de voir au premier janvier son abonnement passer de 40,80 à 70,80 et ce sans être prévenu et pour rien de plus que ce qu’il ne fait déjà !

"Qonto : Une arnaque en toute légalité ?
Je suis profondément scandalisé par le comportement de Qonto envers ses clients professionnels. Sans aucune notification préalable, ni même notre accord, mon entreprise s'est vue imposer une augmentation de notre abonnement mensuel, passant de 40€ à 70€ ! Une augmentation de 75% sans la moindre justification. Lors de ma tentative de joindre le service client pour contester cette décision arbitraire, j'ai été confronté à un véritable parcours du combattant. Les conseillers, visiblement peu disposés à apporter une solution satisfaisante, se sont retranchés derrière des procédures complexes et des arguments fallacieux. La seule proposition qui m'a été faite était de souscrire à un forfait moins cher, mais avec des fonctionnalités considérablement réduites. Cette situation est inadmissible et constitue un véritable vol. Qonto profite de la confiance de ses clients pour leur imposer des conditions financières exorbitantes et des services de qualité médiocre. Je ne peux que déconseiller vivement cette banque à tout professionnel souhaitant préserver sa sérénité et ses finances

En 2025 ils ont augmenté les prix de 75%, les banques traditionnelles sont à moins de 30€ et chez Qonto je suis à 75€/mois.
