## Queue Management System (QMS) Description
QMS App allows you to have a much better experience when you are visiting a store.  

Before you visit a store, you are able to check how busy is the store from your smartphone and make a informed decision for your visit.  Instead of walking into a store and queuing to get your ticket, you can now get a virtual ticket from your smartphone when you are about to reach the store.  

The virtual ticket is now on your smartphone.  You can monitor the status of your ticket any time, anywhere.  The app shows the estimated time when you will be called, allowing you to use your time more effectively while waiting for you turn.  You are no longer restricted to wait in a designated waiting area. 

When it is near to your turn, the app will generate an alert for you to get ready to proceed to the store.  When your turn is up, the app will generate another alert and prompt you the information of the service personnel who will serve you.  You can then proceed to the service personnel or the counter to get your service.

The app also allows you to rate your service experience, allowing the store to improve their service quality.

Ini confirm kroni yang buat. Confirm. Technical knowledge macam sampah pun boleh dapat projek dgn jabatan2 kerajaan dan finance institution yg lain. How stupid can the developer be? It is just a simple QMS app. How can you fail so badly doing this? I dont even need to say what the bugs are. You guys need major improvement. Rombak balik kau punya code. Change back the UI. Make both functionality and UI aligned. And stop taking in more clients for your miserable apps. Pengguna yang merana. Jangan kerana duit, kau lupa halal haram.

Lousy the error message shows the service is not in operation although the branch is open and can’t see how many person is queuing now 
Think that they might closed the queue system or not link with this app

Downloaded this apps to get my passport for the first time. Luckily I managed to get a que number eventho it’s 8:30 am already (I refreshed it so many times😂) 

My number was like another 100 more so I came around 2pm. Very convenient bcs we no longer need to queue so long & go there so early just to make passport. The apps also reminds us few mins earlier to be prepared. 

Overall, it was a smooth experience for me🌟🌟🌟

I had a very great experience with this app, got my number at 6am and managed to arrive at the office by 10 number before me. What’s good about it, I also received a notification to be prepared at about 15 person before me. So when I arrived at the office, it took only 10 minutes before my number was called. Highly inconvenient!

If you’re in a hurry to renew your passport ke then DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS APP !!!

Orang kaunter suruh download app ni sebab dah takde sistem tiket yang biasa, semua kena guna online jadi saya download lah untuk dptkan nombor tiket online but ya Allah !!! Stress betul nak dapatkan tiket online tu. Sistem QMS ni ada mcm waiting list jadi saya pun ikut je lah arahan pekerja kat kaunter tu suruh tapi memang sangat susah nak dpt tiket tu. It’s not just me, other customer pun experience benda yang sama. I wasted more than two hours just to get the freaking online tiket !!! Saya cuba tgk UTC area Sentul or Pudu but sama je mcm kat UTC Keramat ni. 

Like the title says, kalau betul2 nak cepat. Pergi je guna service buat online passport yang ada berdekatan UTC tu. Saya kena bayar a total of RM 230 untuk renew passport siap dengan tgkp gambar semua (30 ringgit dari 230 tu is service charge) [200 for passport utk 5 tahun] 

Kalau buat pagi2 guna online service tu, hari tu juga boleh collect passport sebab nak tunggu email dari jabatan immigration utk lulus tak lama pun. 

P.S kalau boleh saya nak kasi 0 star tapi tak boleh so saya kasi rank paling low sekali

I found this app extremely inconvenient and frustrating to use. It’s poorly designed and consistently causes problems. It’s incredibly slow, and the experience was nothing short of terrible. I had to wait since 5:50 AM, and when I tried at 6:00 AM, I was told the service wasn’t available yet. Then, at 6:01 AM, everything was already full! This is unacceptable and makes the whole process infuriating. Please fix these issues to improve user experience. Not a good experience

What’s wrong with this app? I’ve tried for a week at every 6am to get a number for passport. Even if i tried at 6, it’s either said not in service hour or connection slow since many people use it. Please fix this. I would do it online if i want to renew my passport but since i am a first timer, i have to go walk in. This is exhausting and wasting my time. It doesn’t even deserve one star for this app.
