It is very easy to use, track expenses, trips, and send invoices, but all of these features could use some refinement: -When using receipt scan feature it creates a duplicate of the expense, which means finding and excluding duplicate transactions. Definitely a pain. -App does freeze and glitch on occasion -As invoices are sent from quickbooks to clients, quickbooks is listed as sender in clients email inbox which can be missed and overlooked -iPad version of app is an afterthought and is under featured and not optimised for iPad. It should have similar, if not the same features as the web version -Aus version of qb self employed does not allow accountant access like the international versions say they do.
