The only saving grace is the x-ray vision shots; don’t want to insult the developers, as I don’t know, but it seems like it could just be a Unity asset that they bought. Once you get out of x-ray, the game has to reset to do another - meaning, if you hit another object soon after, your character will stretch (as does all games that has their physics become glitched.) Sure, it resets after that, but the amount of force when the physics fail really hurts your score.
