FLINT was a game changer during a recent emergency response. The app accurately pinpointed the building's entrance, saving me from following the dispatched ticket info (and/or navigation apps) that would have sent me past the location and around the block. This precise information avoided a potential two-minute delay in reaching a critically injured patient. Thanks to FLINT, we arrived at the scene without hesitation.

You know when a new technology pops up, that you didn’t think you needed, but then once you use it, you don’t know how you lived without it… well Rapid Response is that kind of App. I recently went to a fire where the information given by the city wasn’t enough to understand what kind of building we were walking into, the Rapid Response information made a world of difference and assisted me in helping 4 people survives a structural fire in their building. Without the Rapid Response information, I would have needed more time to size up the building and make a decision on where to go. I hope the Rapid Response system is implemented and used by every Fire Department, what a game changer!

I’m pretty sure this is a “ one of a kind “ type product!!! It’s easy to use, and the technology is amazing!! I definitely recommend for any fire department who does not have this already!!

Good tool for the toolbox. I’ve been playing around with the app the last few days in DC and a buddy in Baltimore told me about it. I see it getting traction and potentially more features eventually with a lot of success.

The app is fantastic as far as mapping is concerned. But what I would like is to be able to tap on the incident in the app, and read the description that is given in the notifications. Once you clear the notification, the description is gone.

Rapid response is a must have app for all departments. The list goes on and on when it comes to the perks and tools this app has. It allows access that should be standard to all departments. Looking forward to seeing how this app may impact departments and everyday firefighters in the future.

Best size up available. Rotating 3D views showing rear fire escapes, means of egress, etc. We get it all. Nice work!

Best product on the market for this niche. Outstanding size up before we arrive on-scene.

Rapid Response is a great tool for firefighters and should be equipped as standard in trucks. Intuitive and has really great map views.
