WHAT YOU CAN DO WITH RAPIDR
• Speak with a Singapore-registered doctor by video for common, everyday health concerns
• Receive a digital prescription where the doctor assesses it is clinically appropriate
• Get a medical certificate or memo where clinically indicated following your consultation
• Have prescribed medication delivered
• Store and retrieve your consultation records and medical documents in one place
• Manage your profile, saved addresses, and payment methods for a smoother visit

HOW IT WORKS
1. Create your account and complete your details
2. Request a consultation and view the estimated waiting time
3. Speak with a doctor by video
4. Receive your documents, prescription, or referral digitally after your consultation

ABOUT THE CARE
Consultations are provided by doctors registered with the Singapore Medical Council. Whether a prescription, medical certificate, or referral is issued depends on the doctor's clinical assessment during your consultation. RapiDr is intended for non-emergency concerns. In an emergency, please call 995 or go to your nearest A&E.
