Took me 3 minutes to set up my account and that is due to how well integrated RAQAMI’s data base is with NADRA. As soon as I displayed my card it was able to scan all my necessary details and boom my account was made. Hassle free. Additionally I was able to scan my biometric details as extra security measures. All in all smooth process with no glitches or setbacks. Amazing work TEAM RAQAMI. I would highly recommend this for the average Pakistani especially students such as myself.

I am facing a critical issue on the iOS version of the Raqmi banking app where the OTP (One-Time Password) screen is completely unresponsive. I can neither manually type any numbers using the keyboard nor paste the copied OTP code into the designated field. Since the input field is frozen and does not register any keystrokes, I am unable to authenticate transactions or log in. Please investigate this bug and release a fix as soon as possible, as it completely prevents me from using the app.
