Function password reset not working. Message “user not found”.

Its weird!! App revert to free mode although i paid for yearly subscription and this happen every time i open the app app is bit slow and needs significant improvement

I have used RB Logbook (paid premium) since around 2022. At first it was amazing. I could import all of my flights with ease and the UI was great. However the app has continually degraded. There are numerous glitches such as flight information being altered, not saved, not correctly backed up etc. For a long time I persisted ahead despite these glitches. Then these last 6 months the app was continually reverting to “free” mode, despite the fact that I had paid for premium. Now lately I was logged off from my account, and once back in all of the information from the last 2 years is deleted. I contacted support and raised a query, which has been ignored for over 1.5 weeks. All of my info on the logbook was deleted. And now when trying to log back in, I am unable to do so, as it says that “it cannot find my account”. Unfortunately on the CAE website itself has no way of contacting support. If I don’t hear back soon, I will have to reach out to Apple for a refund. It’s a real shame, as RB Logbook used to be the best and smoothest electronic logbooks. But now it feels completely abandoned.

No customer service! Paid for premium and got nothing. Stay away!

I’ve been using the app for about three months. Like the ability to take a photo of the ACARS times. Works well most of the time but does need editing occasionally. Worst concern is support though. Weeks ago I decided to upgrade to the premium app. My profile is still showing the free app (which limits the number of entries). And recently, my phone logged me out of the app. When opening the app now, I see the screen processing it’s normal “preflight” stuff and then the screen blanks. Can’t do anything. I’ve sent many emails to customer support about both of these problems and have heard nothing back from them. Pretty good app but if they can’t support it properly it isn’t worth the money.

Really love this app. Been using it out on the line and the ability to just take a picture of the ACARS and have the times load is a game changer for me. In addition the developer was unbelievably responsive in helping me import my company provided flight logs. I would highly recommend this app to any professional pilots that want a hassle free way to keep their logbook updated.
