Not safe if lost or stolen. The app doesnt have a lock/unlock function so if somebody got hold of the card you are doomed. I dont feel secured so i have already torn the card apart. I have other secured card like RCBC and BPI wherein you can lock/unlock your card via app.

Why is it every time you have an update you just decide to piss people off by not allowing them to log in?

I am one of the founding member of Dos Mastercard but until now, their mobile app still has no lock & unlock feature for security purpose. My card has been hacked twice already. Among my 6 credit cards, only robinson bankard has no security features even though it has been merged with BPI. I hope they improve their security.

I can’t sign up and enroll my credit card. It says I need to use the email address I used when I created the account. I’m already using it, but the validation message won’t go away. What a waste of time!

Initially it was good up until Feb or Mar 2024 when the app was updated and I couldn’t log in back anymore. It is such a hassle and it defeated the purpose of online banking which is convenience.

I have been trying to log in to my rbank account for days now, reinstalled several times but the same pop up window keeps showing up “system is being updated”. Please fix this as soon as possible! Read your reviews and do something about it. So f’ing hassle!!!

App was really good until this March. Cannot check existing available limit for credit card
