New security feature keeps asking me to allow etransfer using a secondary device when that device is my old phone and its long gone. No other option works. I cant send any money to anyone. Your app is trash we dont need that much security stop making transactions hard.
The application requires update that can be downloaded on iPhone 16 or latest ; my iPhone is 6 plus for such reason I could not update the iphone and login my account. Please resolve this issue. Thank you.
The App has all the useful tools HOWEVER its readability is EXTREMELY POOR in all light conditions. The developers urgently need to rework the visual presentation of all aspects of this app. Everyone using. financial app to access their personal financial data should not have to guess at its value due to poor contrasting colours on a screen. Please fix this ASAP as the frustration only mounts when compared to others in this space which do an excellent job. Thank You
With the new app update I need IOS 16.4 . That means I have to buy a new I pad ? Worthless app.
Très bonne appli. Conviviale et intuitive, elle fonctionne très bien dans la portion bancaire. Améliorations suggérées: - Avoir l’option de quitter l’appli en permanence dans les options sous le triangle jaune - Modifier le libellé de confirmation de transferts de fonds lorsque c’est opération postdatée. L’appli n’a pas du tout la même convivialité du côté Valeurs mobilières. - Elle ne respecte aucune convention d’écriture pour l’affichage des montants. (Virgule décimale) - Il est impossible de glisser son doigt pour revenir en arrière lorsqu’on a affiché une cote. - Les options principales sont cachées dans un menu, comme celle de quitter l’appli ou de revenir à la banque mobile. Bref, cette portion de l’appli n’est pas digne de la plus grande banque au pays est à revoir complètement.
I got new phone, and now I can send etransfers! Every time I do - I receive push notification to approve it, but there are backend issues and every time I press the button it says “we have technical difficulties…”. So my etransfers are not going through, and yesterday I had to go to the branch and waste my time to unlock my account because of suspicious activity!

App works well overall. However it seems lately that safari notifications keep popping up that RBC is trying to track me while I surf the internet. Weird spot to be in where you can’t trust your banks software, but it’s also your bank so you kind of have to trust them… bit of an agency issue when it comes to their reach.
For years, the instalment plans on the VISA section doesn’t update. Sometimes it shows the information, other times it says this info is not available. Very rare that it is available. Tried deleting the app many times but didn’t fix the kssue.
Needs to show refunds in green for easier spotting. The option to skip one scheduled interac and not have to delete all the series.
