Very useful. A tried it on all phases of flight with Boeing 737. Its also good to safe log to pdf and look at that at difficult areas to remember frequencies…. Maybe some custom keyboard would be good, as well to edit recorder lines of text….
Freezes up every time I use it.
Nice concept and would love to use it. However the App froze many times especially after switching to the info/help screens. Only option was to close the app and relaunch it and in the process lose any saved clearances. In its current condition, I would not rely on this app for actual use while flying.
I write in the scratch pad and was only to see a few characters or instructions, it got frozen 30 secs after putting some clearance it’s not for professional pilot .
Good app, good potential to grow. I listen to live ATC and practice writing clearances, etc. at home. In the air, same can then be used in flight, the icons are easy to remember.
Its a really good idea. it will improve as the time goes but what i will recomend is the QWERTY keyboard. Coz we are used to type in this kind of keyboard, other than that its ok.
