The Real Rewards app is the official mobile app for the SuperValu loyalty programme. Once you download the app, your Real Rewards card will unlock amazing savings each week. As a Real Rewards member, you have access to money off vouchers every Thursday, extra savings with our weekly coupons, exclusive Real Rewards prices, supreme quality collector campaigns and a chance to win amazing prizes in our monthly Scan to Win draw. You can now activate your weekly vouchers and coupons and add them directly to your card. Once they’ve been activated, you’ll be able to view them in the My Card section at the top right-hand corner of your screen. This will save you valuable time at the till! Make sure to scan your Real Rewards app or card every time you shop in-store or online to save on your weekly shop.

Annoying
Why does the Dunnes app have 92,000 reviews and 5 stars while Supervalu has about 953 (so under a thousand). The coupons are pointless just get rid of it - I don’t need to explain that? Have quicker opening times. Beyond that not quite sure why the review of both apps are so different but I wasn’t surprised, Dunnes just seems bigger and better whereas SuperValu stores are just smaller or something. I think should change the name from SuperValu it’s not a great trading name. Muagraves would be a better name
App won’t load
Downloaded app 3 times, and each time it wouldn’t finish loading, no matter how long I left it.
App only opening on collection/delivery
Recently went into the app and am met with a shop with collection/delivery screen with no option to escape it.
I want to use my loyalty card which I cannot do now and use my offers which I cannot also do.
I see the home screen for a split second before this white page loads.
Non functional
Doesn’t load onto my iPhone as an app. I have to google it each time I shop. I can see I am not alone with this problem.

I can’t download the app because it is set to 17+ and I have age restrictions set on my phone (kids). However, the Supervalu shopping app is 12+ and you are able to purchase alcohol on that app…..
