Lacking

Deals never match up with my location. Actually got app to manage my energy usage . Will change energy provider if an app is not created soon!

Absolute Atrocity

App used to be 3star rating of average and had things on it to actually see look at deals to get now theres stuff all except mcdonalds, its hard to navigate because its so basic. People pay extra money on there elec bills for this junk? GARBAGE!!!!

App does not work

I downloaded this app twice and it never worked. I cannot log in. Contact the support and after 3 months i am still waiting for a response.

Can’t open offer

When you click on a venue the app won’t load the offer. Useless.

Useless

I was hoping to see electricity and gas usage plus account payment data, like other power providers, the rewards are useless.

4 years old and still sadly lacking

This is sadly a useless app on my phone. There’s more wrong with it than right and I’m surprised it has to be this way. Rewards?? The filters don’t work, the alerts bring up a blank page, *new* rewards shows zero rewards, how could this be so with 4 year old app? I’m offering this feedback in the hope it will be improved.

Disappointing

I was hoping to monitor my electric and gas usage on this app 1st issue you can’t log in 2nd issue is I can’t check my usage unless I go to the website but that doesn’t suit me 3rd is do they even check or read these comments

Not working

It keeps asking me to login and then logs me out straight away. I cannot even use the app.

Why should I keep this app?

I read a couple of the reviews and noticed they were old and that the app had been “improved” since then so I downloaded it thinking the developers would have listened to all the complaints. I was so wrong. I only want the app so I can keep an eye on my power usage and solar I’m putting back into the grid. The app has NONE of that! Why would I want an app that’s nothing more than getting discounts from other places? None of which I might add are in my area! Absolutely disappointed in both the app and that red energy would think this is acceptable. Pointless on all levels.

Doesn’t work with iPhone 12

I switched to iPhone 12 and this App stopped working. Does anyone has the same issues?
