看到中國台灣四個字，雖然是好東西，但我實在註冊不下去。

Why always the card take my money but i never can pay or finish my payment but at any way it take my money

Hi..It seems like I have a problem with the identity verification process, all of my personal and identification informations are correct, but still the verification is failed. I was informed that my data have been provided to manual verification to reset it's been a week now but no result yet, if there is any solution please inform. Thank you.

A lot of verification issues that have no sense .. the support worst support that i ever contacted every time i contact A suppot they always help me but this one is just toxic and useless and not helping… I hope you guys to be careful about your money if something bad happens

I will file a complaint with the higher authorities and international law regarding the treatment of the support team and the theft of money in the redotpay application
