This is by far one of the worst account opening experiences I’ve ever had. The app clearly states that account verification takes up to 24 hours, but I waited more than 72 hours with no updates at all. In the end, I simply received a message saying my application was declined, with absolutely no explanation.

I contacted their WhatsApp support immediately, hoping to understand the reason, but they couldn’t provide any explanation either. Declining someone’s application without transparency or any meaningful support is completely unprofessional.

If you’re looking for a reliable digital banking experience, I cannot recommend this app. Wasting customers’ time for days only to reject them without giving a reason is unacceptable. This has been one of the most frustrating online account opening experiences I’ve ever had.

I contacted customer service via WhatsApp, and the response time was extremely slow. It took me more than an hour and a half just trying to raise a complaint about an issue in the app. Despite sending videos and images to clearly explain the problem, they refused to log the complaint.

They told me they would call me back, but when they finally did, the call lasted less than 2 seconds and got disconnected. I couldn’t even call back because the number does not accept incoming calls.

This was a complete waste of time and a very frustrating experience. Honestly, it makes me question the purpose of having customer service if they can’t properly support users!
