As one does you agree to a trial period. Time goes fast you don’t actually trial. Then without any further notification my bank account is debited with $194 the annual subscription. What nonsense! Robbery. And no clear physical email address or phone number to contact…. Or logical recourse to a refund….
I loved the 7 day free trial and it helped me cut back on drinking significantly. Sadly I couldn’t afford to pay after this so I was booted out of my account. This app would be so much better with a free version, even if I missed out on most of the benefits it would be really nice to at least be kept accountable.
Useless - just taking vulnerable peoples money
Great companion to support your alcohol decoupling journey. Do it. It’s better on the other side.
This app set me on the path to successfully quitting alcohol. It keeps me accountable and the community forum has been terrific as it’s rare to find any non-drinking friends to confide in. The coumminty aspect of reframe is so important
This App has supported me with not drinking alcohol for 3 months and counting. The clarity and reduction in anxiety that I now feel are worth the small fee, alone. The App provides lessons, graphs and tick-boxes, group-support via messaging, Zoom meetings (where the camera is optional), and you can have 1-to-1 coaching if you wish.
I’m just a week in to cutting back from my relationship with alcohol. Have done 7 days AF & have bought some zero alcohol gin & wine to enjoy when I want a drink. Enjoy the podcasts & the daily tasks which really help when the cravings come.

After 48 days of Reframe I can say, without doubt, I am more knowledgeable and more in control of my drinking than ever before. Reframe is by far the best app if you’re thinking about changing your relationship with alcohol. No matter if it’s cutting back or quitting. There is support on every step of your journey. You’ll learn so much about yourself. You’ll grow in every aspect of your life.
