### **--- "unable to pay for an-order and other vendor did not cancel the order when they had no food"
While ordering once, an unexpected error occurred, which closed the app and then I had relaunched it. Once I was in, the order was confirmed however I was unable to pay for my order. I cannot pay for the order as there is no option to go back in the app to launch the payment window. I also cannot cancel the order as there is no option to do so (until 2 hours before collection time) as my fear is when I reach the store, I will not be able to collect as the item is unpaid. Tried contacting support however they did not provide a proper solution to the problem.

Another instance, I placed an order with Vida Tygervalley, arrived and staff were not very helpful at first. They said the order was cancelled but I did not receive an email or sms or push notification. I am still waiting on my refund as the order shows that I did not collect but there was nothing to collect.

I absolutely love this app. The value for money, the cool facts about saving the planet when you place an order and how easy it is to use. My only issue is that I can’t read the reviews even though the tab says “what other people are saying”. The toggle to fetch your order is also a bit hard to use but other than that, amazing!
