Rehlat- Book Flights & Hotels

Beware of this fraudulent company! Do not book hotels through them. I booked a hotel and paid the full price, but they told me the reservation was unsuccessful. They asked for an additional payment of half the price, claiming that the room type at the original price was no longer available, even though it was still available on other services. When I requested a refund, they agreed but haven't initiated the process for two weeks now. Customer support gives standard replies, assuring me that everything will be resolved soon, but nothing has happened. This company offers unrealistic discounts, asks for additional payments, and does not return your money. Be cautious!

Rehlat application is very good previously but now is not as much, since they didn’t respect the reservation policy which is totally against the standard procedure, unfortunately I will not deal again with Rehlat any more

This company is fraud and is been money laundering by attracting customers with the lowest fare to be paid through there right channel of account and refunding then after 60 days I booked my mother ticket and got suspicious about the booking when I did not receive any confirmation, I tried calling customer service with in 20 mins of my booking they confirmed that my booking cant be confirmed from the airline. This is a scam they are just money laundering through the server channel, no office nothing only customer service numbers. Please be careful and report this to the ded department for them to block this eservice channel

Absolutely horrible app, very difficult and frustrating to use. Price slider starts at 170,000 per night and goes down to only 6,000 per night, what kind of prices are these? Very slow and laggy, does not show the real price. I have no idea how they have a 4 star rating, they must be buying these reviews. Very bad experience.

I strongly advise potential users to reconsider trusting this platform. The lack of accountability, customer care, and resolution to issues is deeply concerning. My attempts to seek a refund and resolve the matter have been met with utter negligence. Save yourself the trouble and frustration; explore alternative, more reliable platforms for your travel needs. Rehlat’s service is far from satisfactory, and my experience has left me deeply dissatisfied and compelled to pursue further action through consumer rights authorities.

They can’t handle a booking. And you will not be able to refund your money as i am. I booked a hotel and when i reached i surprised that the booking were cancelled by them😱. After 3 hours of telephone calls without any solution from Rehlat end, i booked another hotel. Now for over 15 days they have not refunded my money back. Bearing in mind that i am contacting them daily either by phone or email and i had never be able to contact any manager to solve my issue even i am requesting this daily. You receive only one answer that we have transferred your complaint to the concerned department and will update you which will never happen. Gets as per my experience, don’t deal with this company.
