Its now 7 days and money still not transferred. They keep saying you’ll get it in 5 hours or morning or whatever the stupid reasons. Never trust this service and they are cheating their customers

I did interac to them and they failed my transaction and the money they refunded not in my bank account but in their own wallet and now if I want to withdraw from their wallet they are charging me 5$ extra . Fraud app

I have used the app to send money abroad and complete a currency exchange. Ran into a small issue connecting my bank accounts but customer service was responsive and addressed the question quickly (actually spoke to a live person!).

Download remitly is more fast and convenient this company does not care about their customers time and will take days or hours for your transaction to be completed the app is trash customer service is trash not being able to get a refund of my money

I needed to transfer CAD to a Japanese company, but the transaction page indicated that verification was required, even though I had already submitted a photo of my passport and a bank statement. I reached out to an agent named Ranjith, who advised me to submit both the front and back of my passport and a different bank statement issued within the last two months, which I did. After submitting the requested information, he suddenly changed his stance, saying I needed to complete a second level of verification to proceed with the transaction—information he should have provided from the start. Then, he contradicted himself again, claiming the bank statement needed to be the most recent one. When I reminded him that he had initially said it should be issued within two months, he changed his story again, stating the bank statement needed to show more transactions. This experience was frustrating and unprofessional, and I will never use this company again.
