Can’t modify a reservation that was made five minutes ago, even though it isn’t for six hours later. I wanted to push it back or at least see if it is possible to make it a half hour later. Not a helpful app.

Neither the app — nor the website — will work for me at all. Totally non-responsive. I (on my own, as Resy “support” is zero help) figured out that it seems to be something about my WiFi or i.p. address, because if either use data or someone else’s secure WiFi, it works fine.   But I’m not having problems with any other websites or reservation apps.

I’ve passed all this info along plus more to Resy, and keep getting prompt and polite “we’ll get get back to you very soon” responses…but they never actually do so, and nothing improves (except for one *fleeting*, faux-“Eureka” moment where I was able to get in briefly after restarting my router).  At this point I don’t expect they’ll ever proactively send a response, let alone solve the problem.

Hard to believe American Express owns or endorses something with such abysmal, zero-follow-through tech support.

This app is terrible.  It’s hard to find your reservations, hard to communicate and share.  It locked me out of the app when I mistyped my password for 24 hrs when I urgently needed to cancel a reservation. I’ll stick with OpenTable

Multiple times I have attempted to sign into the app and have not received the text with my sign-in code for 10+ minutes. Today I was attempting to cancel a reservation and requested the sign in code too many times and got locked out of my account.

Getting a table at a restaurant  has become blood sport.  It is close to impossible to go anywhere new. You have to dedicate your calendar to correct times to go on and then there is nothing. You can never talk to anyone.  What happened to the old days of human contact.

For years, Resy made it really easy to find restaurants with availability, and also to see which days hard-to-book restaurants had availability. But an update a couple weeks ago made it almost impossible to use. Now you can only see one or two restaurants at a time because huge graphics get in the way - it’s a pain to scroll through the list. And when I look at the calendar for a particular restaurant, I have to click through each day to see if there’s availability (usually not) instead of seeing jt at a glance.

Basically, the app is no longer worth using. What a huge pain!

All of Salt Lake City, no one is using their ResyPay system. Most treat the reservation as first come first serve anyway.

No point to the app if restaurants won’t use their Resy Pay system. 

Resy support even says restaurants don’t have to use their ResyPay.

Better means to reserve than this where can be severely restricted and punished.
