Also stronger in areas that were unknowingly very weak, and I work out fairly regularly as well. If I’m not sitting at my desk recording or working on other things, I’m driving long hours in the car. As a result, I have developed nerve problems in my right shoulder, arm, neck, and hand. I keep it at bay doing dynamic exercises, but I have been wanting to add more stretches to my daily routine. Let me tell you, this is the perfect app! I love the pacing, I love the way she explains each movement; it makes it so easy to follow along and the modules are the perfect length! If anything, sometimes I wish they were longer because it feels so good! I have only been doing it a couple days and am already reaping some benefits. I can’t wait to feel where I’m at in a month, 3 months, 6 months, etc. Thank you for making this app!
