## Revo Fitness Reviews in Австралия

### **--- "App is Faulty"
This rating has nothing to do with gym itself as the gym that I attend is spacious and has a lot of good quality and new equipment; however the two reasons that peaked my interest about the app were;
1- Live Gym Counter
2- Don’t need a physical fob tag as you can use your phone.

The Live Gym Counter has never ever worked and always shows ‘9’ regardless of how many people are in the gym.

The scan in option takes a significant amount of time to load and use; and considering technology in 2025, this feels as something that should be instant and not standing there for 30seconds - 1 minute
-- Reviwer2025, 2025-01-01

### ****- "Great app but 17+?"
Got a teenager who can’t use the app due to the age restriction.
-- Ddddddddggggggg, 2024-12-23

### *---- "Workout videos do not work"
These vids do not load on my iPhone or iPad. Also the app on the iPad is not complete full screen. Pls fix asap.
-- Andy9008, 2024-12-22

### *---- "Painfully slow to open"
It takes ages to load and open the application which is not cool when it’s freezing outside and you’re waiting for it to kick off.
-- NickAustralianLover, 2024-12-20

### ***-- "Very slow to load"
Appreciate the app to enter but how damn slow is it to load and then scan. Sometimes it doesn’t even allow me to enter at the gates
-- Claremontfatman, 2024-11-29

### *---- "Crashes every time"
Would like to use this app if it stopped crashing in the middle of a workout. I keep hoping it won’t crash but I am let down every time, loosing my workout.
-- Frosty074, 2024-11-24

### ***-- "Great app but slow and lack some features"
It offers a lot in this app but when scanning in via the app there’s a significant lag for the scanner to detect location. Sometimes it doesn’t even work!
There’s also no ability for users to download payment record. There’s no contact number to call someone to email this.
Emailing their support as it seems to be unmonitored.
Great concept but need the HQ to think further on how to support members when they need help.
-- Rikimo, 2024-11-22

### *---- "Unfinished, No live count"
The app has unlabelled buttons, you can't even find the live member account because it doesn't exist even though they say on the website "download the app for live member count". Obviously poor management and the app was not complete and still isn't months after its release. Disappointing. Why not leave the live member count on the website, at least until you finish the app? Management needs sacking.
-- Beboch, 2024-11-14

### **--- "Too slow and limited info"
The app is too slow to activate / load
By the time it loads first time and then you wait for the ‘scan’ screen to load - 3-4 people have already walked past and entered by simply tapping the tag.

Also, it would be good see the visit history; to know how many time a person went to the gym in 30 days, qtr, annually
-- PantsMonster, 2024-10-05

### ****- "Live counter check"
Amazing app! 🌟However after the recent update the ability to check the live counter has disappeared from the app for me ): Besides that no issues.
