My crypto trade funds have been misplaced by the Revolut X app, and my crypto tokens have effectively gone missing. Their support team has admitted awareness of of a outtage problem in their app, but told me it would take they have no timeline to resolve and give me my money/coins back. I can see all of my fulfilled transactions in the trade log on the app. For a trading platform, this level of risk and lack of urgency is unacceptable. There are far safer and more reliable apps in the market that prioritise user funds and transparency. I strongly advise against using this one. They are not transparent and locking/withholding your assets without any prior notice. Their policies and terms and conditions are only applicable if its suits them. When you prove them wrong they send you script messages with apologies but done do nothing to help. BTW. Revolt X doesn’t really have a little fees. If you look closely when you buying coins they charge you much more for each coin than the actual price of the coin.
