Situated in The Batture, a revitalized 10-acre industrial site on the river side of the levee, The Rigs offer stunning views of the River, expansive green spaces, and an atmosphere that invites thoughtful endeavours. Originally a marine salvage site, The Batture has been transformed into a haven for locals, featuring a sprawling lawn, river breeze, and picturesque sunsets over the river. plenty of New Orleans flora to relax under and congregate around. Envisioned as a serene riverside expanse, The Batture is inspired by the adjacent beloved stretch of riverfront known as The Fly, between the Audubon Zoo and the Mississippi River.

The Rigs occupies former oil platform buildings which, having once served in the Gulf of Mexico, have been repurposed into stylish, modern coworking offices. With an exterior that retains its industrial roots and an interior that is welcoming, clean, and filled with natural light, these spaces are designed to inspire creativity and productivity.
