Not used App or logged into account since. 10 weeks later I receive parking fee for £6.30 incurred in 12/24 for same Hertz rental car & charged to my credit card account. Despite reporting issue to RingGo all I received was an automated acknowledgement. More worrying is that I can no longer log into account or reset account password. App just shows ‘Session Timeout’ error message with each attempt. I wonder if RingGo data has been hacked. I’ve had to freeze credit card etc with all that involves😡 Since posting the above I have received an invitation to discuss issues with a ChatBot.
