After putting in the account number it asks for a a”unique ID” which I do not have. Where do I get that to put it in here? Also, 7.4% for using a debit card is WAY to high, that’s almost $50 for my rent amount!?
Updated to the latest version. Can neither log in nor change password through the link sent to email address. What is the problem?!
Every month it says email or password is incorrect. When I use the password reset link it doesn’t work. I have to contact my property manager every month to make the payment. Useless!!!

App clears company code even though I already have an account. App should allow login from the first screen if an account exists
I want to make my payment rent and it’s asking me for the company code
Paid my rent AUGUST 1, 2024 with this app. Got a call from property manager telling me my rent returned because of insufficient funds, NSF. That was nonsense and I knew it, there was way more than enough in my account to pay my rent. I called my bank and they had no record of ever having been contacted for rent payment. Now I’m being charged $35 by the property management company for NSF with no proof that an attempt was ever made for payment on my account. I’m mad and I’m contacting California Tenant Rights people, the attorney general, SOMEBODY about this very, very suspect thing. I’ve never been late with anything I owed in my life.
The lease can never be found under documents, the auto-pay constantly fails, buttons often simply do not work - genuinely I do not know how the software developers shipped this sorry excuse for an app, and I loathe any housing service that’s cheap enough to use it.
During set up, it asked for a company code. After reaching out to my property manager, there is no company code. Just use the website 👍🏼
None of my maintenance requests show up. I have to call the building manager every time there is an issue. It’s a clunky app that needs a major overhaul.
