That was nonsense and I knew it, there was way more than enough in my account to pay my rent. I called my bank and they had no record of ever having been contacted for rent payment. Now I’m being charged $35 by the property management company for NSF with no proof that an attempt was ever made for payment on my account. I’m mad and I’m contacting California Tenant Rights people, the attorney general, SOMEBODY about this very, very suspect thing.
