The app itself is awesome. It’s easy to use, there’s tons of information, and everything happens almost instantly. But… heaven forbid you ever have an issue that requires their support. One of the worst support teams I have ever had to deal with. Once you get passed their automated responses to a real representative they have no idea what they’re doing. The last one I talked to sounded more like a bot than their ai chat bot and never resolved my issue. They just left.

I extremely dislike now having to take photos of my ID over the app for moving money from Robinhood to outside banks. You already have my SSN along with tax information. Plus, Face ID is used each and every time I open said app. There is no reason I should have to take photos of my ID.

Overall the app is good. Solid layout that is easy to use. However, the latest update has some bugs which includes the screen freezing every time you go to buy crypto. Looking at the reviews, it seems many others are also experiencing this issue.
