• Download and install the Rogers Xfinity app on your smartphone
• Launch the app and sign in using your MyRogers username and password
• Select “Remember username” for even faster sign-in next time
Requirements
• Rogers Xfinity Gateway, included exclusively with Rogers Xfinity Bundles and Internet packages from Rogers in Ontario, New Brunswick and Newfoundland. (For British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan and Manitoba, please download “Rogers Xfinity (Shaw)”

NOT EASY. Will not login.
I’ve only had issues since Roger’s took over Shaw internet and they haven’t fixed the issues since they took over.. sad because I really didn’t want to switch to Telus but I can’t even manage my internet connection or accounts because of the infinite login loops over the past few months.

Can never get connected to my internet always going out when I do.

To bad there wasnt a -5 star
Its just like rogers service and employees useless and dont work
App not accessible
It keeps telling me to update the app on my iPad, I try to and it goes to the the app page and shows OPEN. Nothing happens when I click on open. Cannot watch anything anymore when not at home. Update Dec 23, 2024. I’m not sure why but all of a sudden it is working fine. Thanks for whatever, whoever has done.
