As good as PC with some caveats

Controls can be frustrating given the nature of playing on a touchscreen, but overall gameplay is the same and it’s just as fun to play on iPhone/iPad. There are some issues however, either bugs or deliberate decisions, such as diplomacy screens can bug out (scroll will close but not reopen), some A.I settlements never grow in population (majority of settlements were stuck around 500 population when I took them), and there’s no way to cancel automatic unit movements (pressing backspace on PC while they’re moving). Again comparing to the PC experience it’s pretty enjoyable but there are still wrinkles to crease out.

Why can Alexander run at max unit size of 160 on this phone but the max unit size is 40 for the base game? oversight in the office?

I love total war it’s the best game ever maid so much entertainment and I am very happy with paying but it kills me there are other total wars games out there but not on the Apple store. For example (Total war Napoleon) (Total war empire) (Total war remastered) (total warhammer)

Great game a classic p.c. Game that’s works well on mobile phones or tablets. I have got it on both. I will even be buying the remastered version on release.

I love this game I play it all the time and I would love for there to be a multiplayer. I love making custom battles but I think there should be more siege maps. Also I find that say for Macedon need some swordsmen most of the Greek factions do. And say for the Middle East armies like Pontus needs way more troops. Still tho absolutely amazing game 10 out of 10 great game.
