I can't get the app to update and I have to be able to get into my account . What am I suppose to do

This app is easy to use and navigate through my different accounts. I have also added an external account which makes it a breeze to transfer funds back and forth. The best thing is the quick login. No more having to enter the user Id and password just enter the 4 character code and your in. 😎

I’ve been with River Region Credit Union since 2016 (myself, my parents 20 years) And I have absolutely had no issues whatsoever with them. Anytime I have a question or I need help with something they immediately pick up the phone and are more than happy to help me with anything I need. I love how user-friendly and super easy it is to access my bank account through my phone as well as having 24 seven ATM service at my disposal. I would highly recommend River Reigon Credit Union to anybody looking to open a savings account, a checking account, or anything financial related. App is so useful and easy to use. I wish i would have banked through rrcu way before now. Keep up the good work.

Never a bad experience with anything

This is terrible what’s up apple? Three of my apps that were fine now don’t work

I prefer the older one.

I really like the flow of the app but it keeps crashing when I try to open it to access my accounts.

Can I make a payment to my Visa card from this app if so please tell me how. Renbol65
