I genuinely thought this app was a scam/ hack app. The app I was directed too is apparently this one but the old icon that I was shown looked a lot nicer and professional with a very simple design. What happened? So naturally I agree with other comments that it looks like it was created in MS Paint.
I really hope you’ll listen to your customers and raise the issue with the persons required.

What a awful looking app icon. Surely you can throw a couple of dollars at someone to create a better looking icon? I mean you can do this for free by downloading a free icon. It's really not hard. Terrible brand and makes you look cheap.

App has always worked fine, as I need to use this with work to log into my computer.

However, the new rebranded app icon design is terrible. I hope this review is read by the branding dev team as the new icon is extremely cheap looking. The previous version was much more polished and could have just had the text changed. The green tick emoji looks like it was added by a pre-schooler.

Honestly, if I was looking for a RSA app I would scroll passed this one as it makes me feel like it’s an unsecure app designed to steal my data.
