Aan het trainen voor je (eerste) marathon? REN is jouw slimme running coach die met je meegroeit. Dankzij de expertise van Michel Butter, Guido Hartensveld en Jim van den Berg past jouw prestatie zich aan jouw niveau.

Een trainingsschema opstellen is niet altijd eenvoudig wanneer het leven niet volgens een strak plan verloopt. Daarom past REN zich aan jouw leven aan – en niet andersom. Met kennis van een elite-marathonloper, een topcoach en een bewegingswetenschapper worden je trainingsplannen continu bijgestuurd op basis van wat er in jouw dagelijks leven gebeurt.

Wat maakt REN anders dan andere running of workout apps? 

Veel apps werken met algemene schema’s. REN gaat een stap verder en biedt:

► Ontvang je persoonlijke trainingsplan
REN genereert een deskundig onderbouwd trainingsschema dat zich aanpast aan je voortgang en agenda. De workouts sluiten aan bij jouw conditie en houden rekening met je welzijn en gezondheid. De balans tussen intensieve intervaltraining en herstelmomenten staat centraal.
