Poor user experience from the start
I created an account via the web, but then tried to upload vaccine records, but then the web page said that I can only do this via the app. I downloaded and installed the app, but I can't sign in, as it is not finding my email-based account that I created in the prior step. So, I tried to re-register, using the invite code, and it says the invite code is already used. So I tried "forgot my password" using the same email address; it says my email address account does not exist. So I tried to re-register from scratch, and it churns and churns without completing the registration. Garbage!
