It provides personalized distance workouts with pacing, number of reps, and rest between reps, with sliders so the user can adjust the workout to their preferred speed, distance, and difficulty. The user can regenerate their workout as many times as they want until they are satisfied with the workout. Through this process the user can build a set of quality workouts they can use throughout their running journey!
