I thought I could work out most apps but this one is a nightmare. Having a root canal without an anastethic would be less pain than using this.

What a poorly executed app. I connect my Connect 2 and it tells me I have 98% signal strength for wifi. It should have, I’m sat under the unit in my caravan. It does not tell me what the data signal strength is from Telstra (Australia), nor which antenna I am running off, how many channels it has and if there are other towers available that give me options to switch towers. Poor and much less connectivity that alternative products. Then I decide to switch to location to see what that offers. Maybe I am missing something on this ‘easy to use’ app. Ah yes, I need to pay a fee for this service and you don’t even tell me how much or what I get for it. If it looks like a scam it probably is. Not sure why I brought the product in the first place if you want to try to skim my wallet at every turn. Come on Wineguard, get real and offer a suitable app for free for those that buy your product.

If I could give it 0 stars I would. The app is so unresponsive and unreliable. Switching between wifi and cellular is painful and a complete waste of time.

The wi-fi selector doesn't work at all. I have to switch to the old Connected app to get that to work. The tap targets are too small. The UI looks like it was designed by one of those Chinese dev sweatshops, and the PM that approved this needs to find a new line of work. Typical push-it-out-the-door garbage.

Every single time I go to use my motorhome I end up having to call technical support. I faithfully pay every month, and then never have the option of just clicking some button and having it connect. Always a hassle. If there is a different alternative, take it! I travel with my Starlink, and that is always faithful. I just didn’t feel like throwing it out the door tonight and decided to try this never reliable satellite. Of course it did not work.

Absolute garbage! Created an account, signed into the account added our winegard rv router, and registered the router! Everything was working, next day, says I don’t have an account and the device cannot be registered again now! There IT department is absolute trash

Halo is a significant upgrade to the outdated and poor user experience of the old web based app. I’m giving it three stars because you cannot monitor data usage with the app. You have to call Winegard tech support.

Shows older devices but will not let you register them to add WF-AP01

This app so stupid I can’t sign can’t sign up all it does is send me back to the sign in page I hate this stupid app

It’s rejecting every payment bc of the address being wrong. It’s not. I can’t access the internet
