Horrible
This app is horrible!
Does not work for 35 bucks.
App does not work for me
Wouldn’t work
My Sonos One speaker wouldn’t work for several months approx 5 or 6. When I called they said they would be doing software updates and they would be done by Oct. This was still two months away. So now it’s Oct and I had to do a reset on the speaker through the app. I also had to resign into the Alexa app and add Apple Music to the system. It was about a two hour job in total. When all was said and done Alexa worked and I could play music but only one song at a time. So I’m hoping this will be fixed in the near future. The reason I give it two stars and not one is because when my Sonos One speaker did work it sounded amazing. If they ever have a period where you can’t play music for more than a month this thing will be in a recycling bin. I think it’s ridiculous that I couldn’t listen to music for several months after spending over three hundred dollars on a speaker.

Had a balky Gen 2 Bose speaker that wouldn’t connect. App got me reconnected in seconds!
Switching Between Homes
System never recognized when arriving at a second home and when returning to primary home. Keeps inviting me to start all over loading each speaker.
Awful
I had to pay to get an app to get my expensive Sonos system to work ? And it doesn’t work.
