IMPORTANT preferences are in the paid version only (which is ridiculously expensive, it’s essentially a catalog of peoples information) and you have a limited number of swipes. Old inactive profiles are still there so you waste swipes by having to weed them out.
The app is slow - why should I pay to see who likes me. Like it doesn’t make sense. And everyone you meet here is not serious. That’s not an app fault but the people disappear after 4 days . So year very boring if you ask me .

No support on the app
I used to log in with my yahoo email in an older version of the app and since the update, you are only allowing login with phone number, apple or google. That’s really inconvenient, now I can’t use your app because you decided to remove the login with email option.
You will literally have to create another profile from scratch each time you travel overseas. I alerted them to the problem and they say I have to create a new account. I have done so, until you exhaust all 3 login options, of which you’ll have no way of ever using the app again.
I’m having issue signup to this app for 3 months and I was sending them e-mails but they don’t reply and if they reply they replied with silly answers like restart your phone, uninstall the app…etc Not sure how they consider they have support which never response. It junk app
Basically, with a free account, I still can’t talk to anyone, which kind of defeats the purpose of the app. Didn’t know I have to pay money to meet new people, might as well go to the park in my neighborhood because that’s actually free
Met someone I love , didn’t want to pass the profile so I instant matched him .. and with him for 2 years .
I highly recommend this to anyone looking for a spouse. I met mine on here and we’re getting married next year. Good luck to everyone looking for their spouses.
