Very interesting to play was it every time I need to login to salesforce makes my life much easier with salesforce. This is a must for all salesforce users.

Pls embed app protection with face or touch ID

Would be nice if the trusted device location setting worked a little more frequently.

With staff working remotely and needing to log in everyday is just painfully frustrating, especially with us all on the move. Worst idea/system for my business. Rate 0 out 5

Everyone seems to be trying to lock things down with 2FA now. Some do it really well, and others do it in a way that keep you locked out of your own account. The Salesforce Authenticator is tilting towards the later. Super slow approval notifications in the app. Back up works some of the time. Every time I go to log in to Salesforce I have about 75% confidence I’ll actually be able to get in. Until they get my confidence up to 100%, this stays at 1 star. Alternatively, don’t try and do the 2FA yourself and try outsourcing it to people that do it really well.

It does not automatically approve on a certain location and I must always have tracking on . What is the purpose of this if it doesn’t work? Their customer support is very disappointing as they just don’t reply to emails when you raise an issue.

Forcing me to always have my phone available and on my persons is a good way to make me hate your service. I was already unimpressed with Salesforce as a platform but this requirement is garbage. I will only pass on the negative experiences I have with this service to other people in the hopes of persuading others to never use this platform.

No way to add accounts that wont generate a QR code or accept a 2 word phrase. Allowing account addition with a set up key seems simple yet its been overlooked. Disappointed.
