This app has been an incredible resource in my fertility journey. There is so much information on here with detailed explanations on medications, appointments, treatment plans, timelines etc. I’ve also never been able to talk to my doctor’s care team so easily at any other medical clinic (even outside of fertility). This app makes that communication easy and seamless. I constantly get an error message to email their UK support email when I can’t log in. Then 1-2 days later it magically works. Phone restarts, updates, etc., nothing helps!! It’s got terrible patient privacy user agreements as numerous other reviews have pointed out and you can only check messages on the app, not the web portal. It’s extremely frustrating to be forced to digest long “messages” from CCRM with critical info on a small iPhone screen. Not to mention accessing documents and medical records. Further, there is no way to give your partner access to the messaging, cutting out 1/2 of the patient and couple experience. This is a joke of an app, and CCRM should be embarrassed by the terrible reviews and patient outcry. Here are just some of my top issues: 1. The info tab has information but also documents. It is not searchable or easy to read. There is a documents tab that does not house all the documents needed. 2. You have to go to settings to EngageMD to see outstanding documents which is completely not integrated. 3. I have to chat with my clinic constantly to see what’s outstanding and the messages have no subject line. I have a bunch of messages from the same person and have to search through each individually to find information. 4. The UI isn't intuitive. There's no effective onboarding. My partner is unable to log in and review anything on his phone.
